You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in the original packaging
- All included accessories must be returned (if applicable)

- Items showing signs of use
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final-sale products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or solution at no extra cost.
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@zenvahome.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to release the funds back to your original payment method.

- We cover all return costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
